I started writing online in April 2003, with a Harvard blog eventually titled Yule Heibel's Post Studio. Around February 2006 I stopped posting on a regular basis, in part because sp^m comments got out of hand. Sometime in early June, I noticed that Harvard Weblogs had transferred from Manila to WordPress, and if I wanted to keep my content, I was advised to transition my old Manila blog to the new WordPress format. Since then, Yule Heibel's Post Studio has been "open" again, but my energies are concentrated more on this wiki. But I'm using the blog now to keep track of updates here. It's a kind of blog-to-wiki/ wiki-to-blog "conversation"!

PS: the profile image comes from my flickr page and shows Victoria's Fan Tan Alley in Chinatown....

Hi Yule,

Don't know you but thought I would make contact. Write to me sometime. Sorry about the high cost of Gaining Ground registration. Conferences cost dough--James Kunstler was the least of the conference expenses, I can assure you!. Let me know if you would like to attend GG2, and we can discuss the matter of fees.
